I use YouTube videos to share information with students through various modules I create. I also use it to demonstrate various techniques as some assignments within my Foods classes allow for a variety of creativity and I do not have the time to create demonstration videos for everything. The next step for me would also be to create my own channel to upload the various cooking and technique demonstration videos I have made over the past year.
