I don't use YouTube a lot.  I subscribe to our school channel and the Arch Dioceses of Dubuque.  There are some great short bible stories (cartoon) that I use for PBIS reward time called The Beginner's Bible.  I usually just "google" them and show ones the kids want to watch.  After taking this class, I thought I'd create a playlist of them that would keep them at my fingertips and make life easier... but because they are "content designed for children" and there are rules about kid content, they can't be saved or kept in a playlist.  (Go figure the reason for this rule!)  I can subscribe to the channel and then it will list other videos in the series.  In the past, I just created a drive document and copied and pasted a hyper link of the URL of the video on the doc.

I did create my own playlist of short videos that I use for biographies of historical figures we discuss in SS.  These are videos that are not created FOR children, but are easy enough for 8 year olds to understand.  These could be saved and put into a playlist.  I will be adding more this year.

As a side note, I also subscribe to the Holderness Family channel.  I discovered their funny and relatable videos during the covid shut-down and they always bring a smile to my face.  You might want to check them out.
