I love using the videos I find in YouTube for my class. One of my favorites when I taught STEM was the Pixar shorts, or other short movies. A lot had no dialog (making it simple and easy for my youngest kids). And they helped promote the STEM lesson of the day. There are so many great short movies out there about design and engineering and also just simply growth mindset. Going forward as a homeschool I will use it in a flipped way and have my kids make playlists that support their learning.  I will definitely supplement as needed and give them videos to watch, but I'm hoping a lot of their learning this year is self-directed. It going to be fun!
