Youtube is a great way to help those visual learners. I like to show videos after explaining a concept, pause it and discuss how it fits into the concept we were discussing. Another great way to use youtube is to use it as a brain break in the lower grades. Stories can also be read aloud to students. When I was teaching reading, and we would cover a new concept, I always liked to introduce it with a video to draw in my students and then close with the video as a way to summarize the lesson
