I use youtube all the time in my teaching. If I can't find a story in our school library I can often go on to youtube and find a video of it or someone reading it. That is very helpful. Many times when introducing a new concept in kindergarten such as time or money value I can find a youtube video that will teach a minilesson or have a fun song to go along with it. I also use it daily when my kids are resting to bring up soothing music or instrumental songs.
