Pocketful of Primary is a youtube channel that I would recommend. The purpose of this channel is to help inspire educators to lead a well-rounded life while pursuing joy in all aspects of life while also balancing improving classroom management, lesson planning, and engagement in building student relationships.
Headspace is one of my favorites. It is a guided meditation that helps relax and calm our very busy minds. I use this channel not only in my classroom but I use this meditation for pre-season baseball workouts and at-least once a week during the season to help recharge and refresh our minds.
