I teach Middle school and High School industrial technology. Ive often felt overwhelmed by the amount of emails received daily. Ive overlooked several due to just not seeing it. I will be using filters to help organize. I spent a while today going through emails and creating filters for some of those emails that I dont really need to receive so they will delete themselves automatically. I also created filters and labels for emails coming from inside my school.
Some things I will be looking into further will be tasks, and the translate feature. I might be able to make use of tasks in Google classroom for students to check off assignments as they are completed. I also get ELL students occasionally and need to communicate with parents, which can be tricky.
