gmail for school

I have four gmail accounts and I find it to be very helpful. I'm the Key Club sponsor and our Key Club has an account we use for communication with over 200 members. I'm the Media Specialist/Teacher Librarian at a Public High School and the Media Center has an account. It helps me keep information separated from my school gmail account and my personal account.  I use gmail daily but I have not really explored all of the features that we have learned about so far in this class.
