inappropriate fb messages

I had a mom post something on facebook about the coaching staff at our high school.  There was inappropriate language and incorrect facts all through out the message.  I finally called that parent, since I felt comfortable enough to do so, and asked her if she really wanted that posting on facebook.  Once she looked at it again and reread it, she deleted it. But she told me that she did it in the heat of the moment and did not think it through.  So it's not just kids that need to learn good digital citizenship, it's adults as well.
