I myself have not personally encountered much of this outside of the occasional scam email or call. However, as a teacher, almost every year there is a new group of students who get in trouble for sharing explicit pictures of themselves with each other.
This usually involves a lot of conversations with the kids, parents, police, administration, and others to get across the idea that his behavior is at least questionable and at worst criminal.
