inappropriate use of digital media

Just about all social media can be used inappropriately. What makes this more reprehensible and difficult for educators is that students do not understand the longevity of what they post in any online digital media. Most of it likely will outlive their k-12 experience into their senior years. This is what anyone who posts anything should think: do I want to see this several decades from now, whether it be by my search or someone else's.
