The time that comes to mind for me is just recently. My grandson was playing a game online with some friends and someone that the did not know wanted to join the group, well being 12 year old's they thought that it would be ok. well the person that joined them was not a nice person he started talking abut sex and what he would like to do to each of them. They came to me right away and the police were called and handled it from there. the kids were talked to about the importance of knowing who we talk to even if it is on the computer while playing a game.
