norms and responsibilities

As a lower elementary teacher, I closely monitor my students usage of all digital sources.  We discuss what "school appropriate" means and what sites can and cannot be accessed.  Personally, I seldom blog or post things on Facebook.  I do not use my Twitter account, either.  As a grandparent with my young grandchildren, I do not give them free social media range and am constantly monitoring them.
