I feel that every user has the right to acknowledge that change can happen. Just because someone once posted something that could come back to haunt them does not mean that they are the same person who made the original post. The ability to grow and learn helps society to evolve. Just because someone posted something years earlier it does not mean he/she is the same person today.

On the flip side, everyone should have the right to remember that if he/she is going to put themselves out in the digital world that content can be found any time by anyone. Yes, everyone has a right to privacy. However, the internet is a large place and anything can be found.
