I think children are being introduced to technology at a very young; many without being taught about internet safety, rights and responsibility. Many think that they are anonymous and may post hurtful things. You are seeing more cases of bullying on line that is being reported in the news. A most recent incident is when Curt Schilling tweeted out to his daughter a congratulatory tweet on her signing with a college to play softball. There were some people that put on tweets about rape and other inappropriate post. He went after them and some were kicked out of college, another lost their job.
