I do not have any social accounts. However, from reading the other posts it seems like the most common things that people were not aware of might have been updated policies due to not being very active on sites and keeping up. It seems that if you have an account you owe it to yourself to keep current on what is happening with that platform and how it can effect you on a personal level.
One thing that a couple of people mentioned on Snap-chat was the location setting and how it could pretty much broadcast your position to anyone.
