 I think most people view the internet as a vast library (or shopping mall!)
 In the US we are free to read any book. I think this should be the norm of the internet also. We should be free to go to any site that we wish to within our homes. However, as a teacher I would only suggest books that were age and topic appropriate for my students. It is my responsibility to guide students similarly when using the internet in my classroom.
