I've been using a function of Google Plus for the past five years with my two oldest in high school. I upload my pictures from various sporting/drama activities that my girls were in and then share them out using Google Plus. If I make them public, I can then share the album out of the google sites that I maintain for the various organizations. This is a quick and easy way to distribute my photos to other parents.

I just subscribed to New Zealand Travel Photographs and Travel Australia for our upcoming trip to see my oldest in her study abroad location.
