I currently work with high school students through a college access program.  In working with these students it is important to discuss financial literacy in terms of how they delegate their current paychecks (if they have a part time job), how to be financially responsible in college, and the ins and outs of credit cards/savings/scholarships/loans/etc.  It is important to me that my students have a thorough understanding of these concepts so they can make the best decisions possible.
