I love what you said about VTS allowing students to enter education in a "comfortable way." Is that not our goal with every introduction to a lesson or a school day?! We want to engage students and get them excited to learn in a comfortable way. We try to make that connection to students. VTS seems like such a perfect way for students to be making their own connections to their own lives and their own background. I am excited to incorporate VTS into my own classroom in many ways. It can be used to set up a lesson. It can be used to introduce communication skills. It can be used to wake students up and get them excited about a topic or a certain lesson/message we as educators what them to learn. Your website looks very helpful for teaching VTS. Especially to teachers who may be new with the concept. I love the idea of making a claim and supporting it with reasoning. What a helpful tool for students to learn claims and evidence!
