I have had a gmail account for several years but have not used any of the features to make it a useful tool.  I now know how to use labels to create groups by grade level to communicate grade specific information.  I have parents whose first language is not english and can now translate messages to them in their language.  I can also use hangouts to chat in real time, especially if covid-19 changes our learning approach.
