My younger cousin has learning disabilities and because of this she would be teased and tormented daily. Students would messaged her on social media telling her she was worthless and that she needed to end her life. Or make up horrible rumors about her.
This made her depressed and very withdrawn. To this day she has a really hard time making any friends in fear that they will treat her poorly.  

I honestly believe that being taught proper digital etiquette as well as real etiquette could maybe curved some of this bullying.
