As a Para Educator, my role in the classroom is to aide the classroom teacher with any skill students are lacking.  Using Gmail, is not a tool I am accessing, with my students or their parents.  However, for my normal everyday communications, Gmail has proven to be above and beyond in productivity and efficiency.  


Gmail provides a FREE organization tools (such as labels/folders, multiple setting options, contact information,  include attachments and other Google applications to provide fast and easy communication for personal and business usage.

For better communication purposes within my Gmail, I could attach my Google Calendar to communicate my availability, lesson plans and group locations for my supervisor, school principal, lead teachers and other staff members.
