I feel you should be able to utilize your first amendment rights of free speech.  I fell this needs to be done responsibly and respectfully.  We have passed through the information era and I feel we have now entered the misinformation error.  

Therefore, rights may be limited for all based on the actions of a few.  Regardless of the platform, you have the right and responsibility to communicate, but also the consequences that come with those decisions.
