The big thing that I notice when my students use Gmail, is how much they truly don't know about etiquette. For me, this is always a challenge to discuss what email etiquette looks like. We tend to have a discussion about how they are writing a letter vs texting and that in emails, they should be typing out words, rather than writing like they are texting somebody.
