RIGHTS
I feel that all users should be able to access and post on the internet, that they have the right to privacy and be protected from data mining.  Rights to sharing opinions should be granted (see Responsibility for the other half of that coin).

RESPONSIBILITY
"With great things - comes great power." Users have the responsibility to not emotionally/mentally harm - nor have actions result in physical harm to others.  They have the responsibility to protect the privacy of those in their lives by not posting private info or details.  Users have the responsibility to fact-check - before reacting.  Users have the responsibility to know when they need to unplug in order to reset.
