I use YouTube videos now and then and a couple of my favorites are Ted Talks, along with College Prep videos.  I have also used several for basketball drills for coaching youth basketball.  Overall I do not use YouTube as much, but maybe will learn more about it.  For example, I do not have it on my personal phone as an app, but perhaps can find more benefits from it and use more often.
