I used Facebook.  I have my privacy settings on private, so only my friends and view any posts/pictures.  I never allow random people to be my "friend" because they don't need to view my information.  Also, I always THINK (is it True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, and Kind) before posting - what you post on the internet can easily come back and bite you in the future!
