While I use a lot of digital media and apps, I am not much of a fan of social networking sites. I have a Facebook account I rarely use and I have a Twitter account that I use primarily for professional use and to access people I otherwise wouldn't be able to to ask them questions. For instance, I once contacted Hans Rosling, the creator of Gapminder.

Anyway, with this assignment today, I decided to look more closely at my privacy settings in Twitter. I have done this before, but today I looked more closely at one of the settings I had not paid much attention to: the "Tweet Location" since by default it IS turned off. However, this time I noticed a button that allows one to "Delete all location information" from past tweets. I doubt I had any tweets associated with my location, but I hit the button anyway. The location feature, when turned on, attaches your specific location (latitude and longitude)  to your Tweet.
