I completely agree.  Every child and adult has the right to be able to use technology and to feel safe.  In our world today, there are so many if’s and dangers.  Learning about Digital Citizenship and applying it makes one more aware of how to be safe.  There are so many unknowns and just clicking on something that you think is what you are looking for or researching and finding out that it is not a can be rough and frustrating.  Learning what .edu, .org mean when researching is vital.  I agree with your thoughts.
