Digital rights in the digital world should include privacy, data protection, freedom of expression, and protection of minor youth.  Users have a responsibility to use encryption and any other necessary means to protect private information. Both students and adults should exercise good judgement on what they are putting out in the digital world and be responsible for the content that is shared--are laws for privacy being followed, are personal expressions safe and not threatening to the public or self.
