What can be done differently?

I attempted to give an elbow so the message would come through.  Like most of us, an elbow is not well received and I got no answer.  IT happens often when people call names at others and I refuse to join in the name calling but assure I will communicate about the underlying issues.  Most do not return such requests as the truth or issue is not the important thing it is having a platform.  What can be done.  LISTEN and engage.  I can't fix stupidity I can only model a good path.
