I have a Facebook account and review the privacy settings there.  I have noticed that the "settings" page has grown with a lot of options, but I also found it difficult to navigate and find specific privacy settings that I wanted.   An important setting that I use is how people can "tag" you in posts and pictures.  I have it set that I need to review the post before it is added to my profile.  I think this has been very beneficial because it seems more often than not, there's profiles tagging a lot of people in one random post about an accident that supposedly happened or some kind of inappropriate photo.
