Yes, I agree with what you are saying, so then it becomes our responsibilities as educators to provide the "how" to be responsible, which concludes that our knowledge on this subject must be deepened and expanded to equip us with the necessary support to provide our students with the ethical understandings that will ensure their safety and security on the internet.
