As students all have the right to technology, they need to be safe with how they use it to protect their own privacy and the privacy of their peers.  I often see students taking fun pictures and videos of themselves with others and posting to different sites.  They don't realize the permanency of these images in the digital world.  I feel that helping young students realize the norms of privacy is an essential standard as schools move to 1:1 initiatives with technology.
