    In today's world,  a great deal of emphasis is placed on digital learning.  Many skills for both teacher and learner are required.  Children are not innately knowledgeable or skillful in using technology.  Therefore, a great deal of responsibility falls on the shoulders of teachers to teach students how to use technology responsibly and effectively.   It is also the educators responsibility to help parents learn how to be good facilitators of this aspect of contemporary education.
