Digital media is an amazing and wonderful resources, yet there's no replacement for face to face communication, building relationships.  Body language...facial expressions...eye to eye...these cannot be experienced by a hand held tool. Online, there are those that use social media as a mask to hide behind, airing personal information, bullying and other negative issues.
