As a substitute Teacher,one aspect of google+ that amazes me is the Hangout Air . the fact that you can use this feature to set up a classroom in the air and review homework and assignments with your student is priceless . You can also use this forum to remind students that they should make sure they bring a completed assignment to school the following day and that if they have any issue, they should connect with you as quickly as possible  in the Air .
