As a coach, I am constantly needing to send out information to different groups of parents and athletes. The video tutorial showed me how to set up different contact groups such as "Varsity Athletes" and "Senior Parents". This way I can better target the specific group I need to contact and arrangl my inbox in a more organized fashion.
