what user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?

   I feel that students have the right to be on a certain sites that are right for their age . If the site the students choose to get on is not for the right age parents and teachers need to set up a code and or be able to block the site from the students computers . What user responsibilities do u feel should be expressed in this digital world? I feel as teachers and para's we need to be aware with what sites the students can access on their computers and cell phones on school grounds . The students have the right to look up stuff for school that teachers ask them to do for class work ,otherwise they need to be watched and checked on depending on the students who are on line . I deal this young students and also high school students .So it can be a change to tell students how to be online at certain age levels .
