Art Tech

Paul Southwell
What can exploring art do for enhancing and developing career skills?
Art allows students to explore creative approaches to self-expression as well as the interpretation of the world around them.  This helps them in their future careers to be more creative problem solvers and independent thinkers.

What types of technologies have you used that shares a link with art? Include at least one link to a technology that could be used in the classroom.
I have used the app Assembly - Art and Design App to make emoji art with my students as part of our social / emotional learning instruction.  This allows students to make creative emojis that can act out various scenarios that arise in their interaction with one another.

What are your "takeaways" from the article and videos?
The biggest takeaway I had from the article and videos is that utilizing Art  as a co-focus with academic work can allow children access to the instruction in ways that they traditionally may not, thus opening learning to a broader number of students.

Exploring art through digital platforms fosters creative problem-solving and critical thinking, skills that are highly transferable to professional environments. When students engage with interactive media like the H555 Game, they learn to navigate complex interfaces and develop strategic mindsets. This online mobile game encourages players to think outside the box https://h-555.com.pk/ , much like traditional art forms, providing a modern digital canvas where strategy and visual design intersect to enhance cognitive development and independent decision-making.
