The resource that I like to use the most for productivity and making my students more literate is the google suite of applications. I use them because they are more likely to be available to them in other environments other than in school. For instance, I teach them to use forms by taking quizzes and test on a document stored in Google docs. with the form embedded into it. We are a one-on-one environment and we strive to provide our assessments electronically in a green-mode for being eco-friendly.
