I found some good groups related to special education while browsing Facebook for class this morning. Here are some interesting users/groups to follow on Facebook if you are a special education teacher:

*Special Education Update (info. on jobs, issues, and other topics)
*Special Education in a Modern World (keeping up on the latest trends in Spec Ed)
*Teacher Educators in Special Education (resources for Spec Ed teachers)
*Special Education Platform (reference-based site to help parents, teachers, and service providers)
*Focus on Iowa Special Education
There are also many specialized groups for particular countries, states, or cities/towns. While they didn't always pertain to what I wanted to know, it's interesting to get a different perspective from those in other areas about how to carry out effective services, manage a classroom, etc. Typing in "Special Education" in the search bar will yield many good results.
