I am a member of 2 groups on Facebook that have been amazing resources for me. Both groups are band director groups. One is Band Directors of Iowa and the other is a national Band Directors Group. Both have been great places to pose questions, share resources and materials, get recommendations on everything from song selection to music software to travel companies. Really the topics are endless. I particularly like that I have a group of "local" band directors who's situation is probably pretty similar to mine, but it's also very interesting to get the perspective of people from all over the country and at all levels from beginning band to the collegiate level.
