i originally created a facebook to stay in touch with my family who was oversees due to the war and to keep in touch with friends who have moved to other states to pursue their goals. Now, I find myself using it to stay in touch with recent current events, news, weather, keeping in touch with others, and reaching out to other teachers to see what has worked well in their classrooms versus what didn´t.
I follow Burlington High School facebook page to keep up to date on how our grayhounds are making a profound impact on our community.
I follow the Burlington Community School District page to see what all of our grayhounds are doing and the activities they are involved in.
I follow TeaherTube and WeAreTeachers as well to help give me ideas or connect with other teachers on things that worked well in their classrooms.
