I follow many of the school and district facebook pages for where I substitute teach as well as where my children attend school. I also have found that many of the local kids activities that are not tied to the school (such as dance and theater) use facebook as their primary way of communication with parents. One site I have been following closely since Covid is Iowa Educators for a Safe Return to School.
