Im a substitute teacher so I won't be using Facebook in the classroom, however, many of the middle school and high school teachers I sub for have a classroom Facebook page. This allows parents and grandparents to see what is going on in the child's classroom! Fun activities, projects, field trips, etc are shared. Many times the teacher will also post reminders of upcoming assignments, or things to bring to class. Because the majority of parents are on Facebook, it makes it very convenient for both teacher and parent.
