One group that I've found and enjoy following is 50 Books in 2019. It consists of a group of people that have the goal of reading at least 50 books this year. Active members typically post the what number of book it is for them, the title and author, along with a brief description or review. Some people also include a photo of the cover. I've found that I'm reading more and enjoying the comments and posts from other members of the group.
I also am a member of a private group for our community - The _____ Scoop. (I'm purposely leaving out the name of the community for privacy purposes.) The moderators in charge must give followers permission to be a part of the group and there are strict rules for posting. It is a way to let people know what's happening in the area.
