Hi, I am also interested in at risk students. I am a speech language pathologist and so work with students who have an IEP. Even though their learning is "individualized" it doesn't always feel very personal or student directed. I hope to improve my own practice in personalizing education. In addition, the other half of my job expectation is to serve as the Lead for the 90 other speech language pathologists at my agency. I would like to strengthen my knowledge in this area to then help them begin personalizing education.
