I have used Facebook personally for years and am a member of several groups- anything from Garage Sale groups, local groups like our Scout Troop and private family groups.
I am surprised that, at least from initial searching, there is no Facebook group for Substitute Teachers. I think I would benefit from reading other people's stories and strategies. This may be something I think further about exploring.
I agree with others that using Facebook to follow the schools I would teach in is a great idea.
